Menacing commotion at night, tracks in snow the next morning, out Yadkinville
The witness and two companions were snow sledding at night when they heard loud noise and commotion beyond their firelight and fled to the house. The next day they returned and found very large tracks in the snow leading from and back into nearby woods, with tracks around a tree with stripped branches. They did not see the source of the sound and report no further experiences since.

Young boy startles creature under house porch.
The witness went onto a raised side porch to dump breakfast scraps for dogs and noticed light fur under the porch. Hearing a scuffle, the witness turned and saw a tall fur-covered creature with long arms that looked back while moving around the side of the house. The witness dropped a pan and was unable to scream.
