Evening sighting by motorist on Hwy 75 near Duke's Creek

On Thanksgiving night in 1999 the witness was driving north on a highway just after sundown when headlights illuminated a large bipedal figure crossing the road. She braked to a stop within a few yards as the figure paused mid-stride, turned its head to look toward her vehicle, then walked on and leapt down an embankment toward a creek and woods. She described it as much taller than a person, lean and muscular, covered in dark hair with little facial hair and wearing no clothes.
