Deer hunter observes tall bi-pedal creature running on the other side of a dry riverbed outside Wellman

The witness was hunting on a relative's timber land and walking back to a truck on a trail when a noise was heard by a dried riverbed. The witness looked through a gun scope and saw a large black hair-covered creature 30 to 40 yards away running away through dense brush like a person with arms raised. After it went out of sight the witness sprinted back to the truck and left.
