Nighttime sighting of a tall blonde biped crossing Hwy. 45 north of Fruitdale
The witness was driving a semi-truck south at night and cycled the headlights for an oncoming car. When the high beams came back on, a tall thin blonde-haired creature was seen crossing a clearing and the road ahead without looking toward the truck. It covered the width in two strides with a steady walking gait and continued into woods on the other side.

The witness was driving east in daylight when an animal came up a hill from a two-track and ran across the highway on all fours. The witness first noticed it from a distance and watched it cross over a few seconds. The witness described a tall, thin, red-haired animal with its head held down and a cone-shaped head.

Early on February 18, 2003, the witness was driving east on Interstate 10 when lights from a passing tractor-trailer revealed a figure stepping onto the highway. He slowed, turned on high beams, and watched a tall reddish-haired non-human creature trot across both lanes and the shoulder in a few steps. The observation lasted up to about 30 seconds from about sixty to seventy yards away.

The witness and a companion were driving west at night when a large hairy figure came up from a river bottom and crossed the highway in their headlights. They watched it for an extended time as it walked across the wide road, swinging its arms and glancing toward their vehicle, then left the shoulder down a small embankment. Both occupants waited until after passing it to discuss what they had seen.

Shortly after, three of them watched a thick, dark, hairy biped stride across the road and down a bank into a cornfield. They ran inside to tell a relative, who laughed. The witness and a companion were driving west on Highway 6 toward the coast when a large dark figure crossed the road ahead of them. The figure was first noticed from several hundred yards away and entered dense roadside forest with no path. By the time they reached the crossing point it had disappeared into foliage described as impassable.
