Nighttime sighting by motorist on KM Hill near Skamokawa

A driver traveling late at night reported glimpsing a tall, broad-shouldered bipedal animal with dark bluish/grey hair descending a steep slope beyond the guardrail. The driver did not see its head and did not stop, hear anything, or check for tracks. He judged it too broad-shouldered to be a bear on its hind legs and unlike the elk commonly seen there.
