Boy's father sees something in the woods while driving
The father was driving the narrator and a group of scouts toward Blue Lake for a camping trip when he claimed to make eye contact with something in the forest along the switchbacks. He became visibly disturbed, reported an eerie feeling, and said the being quickly vanished. The narrator, riding shotgun, did not see anything because the spot had passed out of view. The father later described it as looking like Bigfoot but remains uncertain about what he saw.
