Possible bigfoot scream heard by hikers in Rock Canyon, in the Wasatch Mountains

Four companions on a nighttime hike in a canyon stopped when they heard an extremely loud distant sound lasting 15-20 seconds that echoed through the mountains. The sound began like a distant motorcycle and shifted into a mechanical scream, frightening the group into running down to the valley bottom. They could not identify the source, and the reporter later felt an online Bigfoot scream recording was the closest match.
