Young men hear footsteps and have rocks thrown at them

Two companions camping in the woods heard large, heavy footsteps moving around their camp around 11:00. They threw rocks to scare it off, but it did not flee, and the companion's dog barked then whimpered. As they packed up with truck headlights on, they heard the movement recede then return closer with heavier footfalls, and small rocks were thrown toward them.

The Database of Unexplained Encounters. Claims are recorded as claims: the Anomadex catalogues what people reported, where it was reported, and how sure I am that it was read correctly. It does not rule on what they saw.

A quick ask from the person behind the Anomadex: if you allow analytics, Google Analytics shows me which places, phenomena and searches you're most curious about. That tells me which regions and sources to add next and what to make easier to find. It never sees your name or anything you send me, and nothing is set unless you say yes. Privacy
