Two people drove a pickup down a remote logging trail and stopped at a washed-out bridge. From across the bridge they heard loud screams and howls that grew closer, along with crashing and breaking branches. Believing something was approaching them, they ran back to the truck, locked the doors, and drove away.

The witness was driving home at night with family members when a headlight illuminated a very tall, hairy, dark figure crossing the road in front of the car.
