TWO DAY OLD TRAIL (!!!): Country road crossing sighting by motorist 8:30pm, 62 miles southwest of WASHINGTON DC

The witness was driving on a backroad through a wildlife management area in low light and misty rain. A very tall dark bipedal creature crossed the road about 40 yards ahead of the vehicle in a few large steps, swinging its long arms. The witness estimated its height at 7 to 8 feet and said it was not a deer, bear, or human. Two other adults and a baby were in the car but were facing each other and did not see the figure.
