Youth has sighting while fishing on Kansas River near Topeka

When about 10 years old, the witness was fishing apart from two relatives on the Kansas River. He saw a large dark hairy figure standing in the water and splashing as if bathing. After the figure looked at him, he ran back to his relatives in fear and the group left the area.
