Truck driver spots tall figure on roadside

The witness was driving a truck at night when a dark figure was seen on the roadside appearing to roll on the ground. As the truck got closer the figure stood upright on two legs, moved toward the side of the road, and then jumped up and down while hitting its chest. The witness drove past without stopping and continued on.
