Night driver snaps photo of bipedal animal on remote gravel road near Annapolis

The witness was driving slowly on a remote gravel road at night while checking a phone message. A hair-covered upright creature crossed the road ahead, paused near the roadside while watching the witness, then left into the woods. The witness stopped nearby and managed to take one photo before it disappeared.
