Two night fishermen have scary encounter with two individuals west of Edgar Springs
The witness and a relative were night fishing across a creek from a short bluff when they heard crashing coming down the hill. They shone a spotlight and saw a large hairy figure crouched at the shoreline, then heard a second crashing nearby. The first figure entered the creek and stood in deep water up to its rib cage while they watched, after which both people fled without looking back.

Footprint found in the snow near Francesville
The witness was walking with friends when the group found a single bare footprint in melting snow. They told the witness's parents, returned with a tape measure, and photographed the print, which measured 13 to 14 inches long and looked wide. No creature was seen, and the print was described as heading back toward the woods.
