Memory told of heavy, bipedal running heard while camping in Yellowstone National Park
In the winter of 1980 the witness and a relative camped overnight in a tent in Yellowstone after hiking and fishing. Around 10 at night while inside the tent they heard and felt something large and heavy run past on two legs for about ten seconds. They remained inside terrified until daybreak and found no tracks in the morning.

Two geologists driving at night toward Yellowstone saw a large upright shaggy figure in their high beams as it climbed from a roadside ditch.
