Family has two late night sightings near Nevada City
A husband and wife were driving slowly on a dark, icy, snow-covered road at night to pick up their son. A tall, dark, hair-covered biped stepped into their headlights and crossed directly in front of their car in two long strides before going into a nearby yard and hiding in trees. They continued on to collect their son.
Teenager has daytime sighting near Truckee
The witness was waiting on a large boulder while companions attempted to flush deer toward a clearing under utility lines. The witness reported seeing a tall, sandy-brown apelike creature walk down a ridge and cross the utility road about 40 yards away. The witness's dog chased the creature barking into the trees and returned about an hour and a half later. The witness remained still, did not shoot, and said the creature did not appear to notice them.
Sasquatch sighting near Nevada City, California
On the return trip with their son present, the witnesses saw the same creature standing in the road before it crouched and crossed on all fours.
