While watching a field, the witness saw a buck run out with tail tucked and heard heavy breathing in the woods behind it. The witness waited for a larger animal but none emerged. The deer then seemed to pass from front to behind instantaneously without being seen running past.

Over many years of hunting the same reclaimed coal land, the witness group repeatedly heard loud tree knocks, rocks clanged together, and varied howls after dark. They sometimes returned to camp to find items slightly moved and often felt watched. No creature was seen in these ongoing incidents.
