Night time sighting by New Brunswick resident near Lawrence Brook

Late on a Friday night in October 1969, the witness and a driver were sitting talking in a parked car near woods and a brook. The witness noticed two red eyes in the road ahead, and when headlights were turned on they saw a hairy bipedal figure that stood up and slowly waddled into the woods. The witness ran inside a house while the driver drove away, and later told the witness's mother about the sighting.
