Late at night while driving on a dirt road in the mountains, the witness and family saw a tall dark figure standing by a small pond in bright moonlight. When the driver angled the headlights toward it, the figure turned and ran upright on two legs into the trees within seconds. The witnesses described it as much taller and wider than a person with no clothing, and a next-day return found no tracks.
