Man recalls a close daylight encounter when a bigfoot ran out in front of their truck near Chapel Hill

The witness was riding in a work truck with two relatives returning to a construction site when a tall, slender, dark-furred biped ran into the dirt road about 50 feet ahead and stopped. The creature appeared startled and was holding material that looked like clothing, then bounded across the road, jumped a 4.5-foot fence, and disappeared up a hill. The occupants screamed and the driver braked hard.
