New Year's Eve, two cousins observe creature watching them
On New Year's Eve evening the witness and a companion were playing near a wooded area behind a relative's house during a fireworks gathering. They saw a very large furry figure with red eyes standing partly behind a tree watching them, then saw it walking away on two legs with an ape-like limping gait. Both ran back to tell their parents, then returned minutes later with a flashlight but the figure was gone.
Strange encounter at night with something on all-fours outside Leona by Boggy Creek
Late at night the witness ran into her yard ringing a bell and yelling to chase coyotes away from her cats, when something in the darkness growled back at her. She retrieved her truck and aimed its headlights into shrubs by the driveway, revealing a gray long-haired animal. It jumped a barbed-wire fence and ran on all fours through tall grass as she followed by truck before it veered toward a creek and disappeared.

Two hunters reported seeing a tall upright creature burst from dense brush carrying a calf in its arms. The men left the area and later returned at dusk with two other men to find a dead calf with entrails removed and disturbed brush nearby. Dogs brought to the site reportedly would not leave the vehicle, and the group left.

On earlier nights the witness and her two children heard loud ghostly howls from the north followed by coyote cackling.
