The witness and a relative were sitting outside talking on a mid-summer night in 1995 when they heard very loud high-pitched noises. The witness claims lifelong hunting and camping experience and says the sounds matched no known animal calls. Darkness prevented determining the direction, and a daytime search found no ground or tree sign. The witness later concluded the sounds matched alleged Bigfoot trail recordings heard on television.
