Claimed activity includes tree knocks, footsteps and running around the house, growling outside, and slaps or thuds against the house. The family reports feeling watched while walking from their parked car to the house, the outside dog refusing to leave the porch after dark, and one night a branch landing on the porch followed by a shotgun shot into the air to scare whatever was there.

The witness reported finding an X-shaped arrangement of large branches near a deer stand in early October 2015 and leaving leaves, apples, and peanut butter there over several visits. The leaves and fruit repeatedly disappeared, and a jar of peanut butter later vanished and reappeared on the nearby stand with part of the contents missing. During a nighttime visit with two companions, a small curly clear-looking hair was found on the structure. No creature was reported seen during these incidents.
