Man recounts watching a sasquatch cross road near Cross Anchor

In 1991 around 1-2 a.m., the witness and a companion were driving backroads looking for deer when they saw a bipedal figure cross the road ahead in the headlights. They drove closer, stopped, and shone a flashlight into the woods where a figure stood behind a tree about 20 yards in. The figure stepped out, appeared to look toward them with red eyeshine, then walked away into the woods, and the pair drove off frightened.
