Man sees bi-pedal creature while talking with friends

The witness and three companions were socializing at a gravel turnout late at night. The witness noticed a tall, solid-black, man-like outline about 15 yards away behind a boulder barrier. After about five seconds, the figure turned and walked on two legs down a ledge and into the tree line. Two companions also reported seeing it, while the third companion did not see it before it disappeared.
