YESTERDAY (!!!): Bigfoot knocks (from multiple creatures) near Port Townsend
While walking alone in the afternoon the witness noticed a brief skunk-like odor and then heard repetitive knocking from the woods. The witness tapped a stick on trees in patterns and heard knocks returned in the same numbers, first from one direction and later from two directions. After a much louder wood-on-wood smashing sounded nearby and the other knocks stopped, the witness left the forest quickly without seeing the source.
17-18 inch tracks in the mud
The witness was hiking in a remote, semi-hilly wooded area when they came across large tracks in mud estimated at about 17-18 inches. They also noticed a strong unpleasant odor and found a pile of long dark brown fur on the ground near a tree. No creature itself was reported as seen.

The witness, traveling with four companions for target practice, left the truck and saw a tall upright figure standing on a stump overlooking the bay. The figure turned to look at the witness, stared, then turned away, turned again after the witness shouted, and walked quickly into dense forest. The companions did not see the figure but all later found prints, heard crashing branches, and noticed a faint unusual odor.

The witness, then a teenager on a church group camping trip in the mountains, was sleeping apart from the group and watching the peaks. He noticed the jagged horizon looked smooth and swaying, realized it was the silhouette of a large standing animal at the foot of his sleeping bag, smelled a skunk-cabbage odor, hid under his bag, and later found it gone. Around the same time other children by a rock overhang shouted about seeing a big gorilla-like figure moving and walking away, which the adults dismissed.

On several daytime fishing trips the witness group noticed a strong wet-dog, cardboard, sourish odor in the same area.
