A family of four was sitting by a lake when they heard crashing and crunching of something large moving in the woods about 50 yards away. This was followed by three very loud knocks from the same area where two children had just been playing and chopping trees. The group left immediately while the adult male stood watch, and later searches found only game sign and a few possible tracks.

He spotted a very large dark figure standing about 200 yards away behind a sparse grove of trees and called a companion over, and both watched it for over a minute. The figure remained still and faced them before they left, and it was gone when they returned hours later with no tracks or further interaction observed.

He heard bipedal footsteps pacing in the leaves and a loud bang on a tank that he believed was a thrown rock.
