Homeowner recalls a sighting outside her window and hearing strange vocalizations near Palo

The witness was preparing to bathe at home in the evening when she noticed a tall, dark, shaggy figure standing only feet from the bathroom window. Its head and shoulders filled much of a window set about six feet off the ground, though its face could not be seen clearly. Frightened by the encounter, she later removed the window and plastered over the opening.
