The sound is compared to a human using a bullhorn and is said to vibrate the body. The witness and a companion followed noises into woods on private property after seeing large movement in the treeline. After a deep growl and handgun shots, they were confronted at the treeline by two large hairy figures that stomped, rocked, and threw branches. They slowly backed out while keeping the gun pointed, then heard a loud whinny-like shout as they left.
