In mid-May 2013 at early dusk, the witness stopped on a remote dirt road to photograph horses. After putting the car in gear she saw a large dark bipedal figure leap from a hillside across the road into a ravine in under ten seconds. She drove to the crossing point but saw nothing further and later noted the fence there was bent.
Multiple witnesses watch figure cross road near Nashville, Ohio
Three occupants of a car driving at night watched something emerge from a wooded area and cross the road ahead of them. The figure finished crossing on the south side, turned to look at their car as they passed, then went up a steep bank into woods with apparent ease. The witnesses noted its height and color in their headlights, and reported that a car ahead also slowed as if seeing the same thing.
Late night road crossing on SR 39 west of Nashville
The witness was driving east late at night when a tall, dark, hairy figure crossed the road in a few strides. After slowing and stopping, the witness watched it from behind as it walked up a bank toward the treeline, swinging an arm and showing shiny hair over its whole body. Frightened it might turn, the witness drove away and later learned others had reported similar sightings at the same farm.
Possible daytime road-crossing by a juvenile outside Esto
While driving to work in the morning, the witness saw a large reddish-brown long-haired animal crossing the road on all fours. The animal moved smoothly and unhurriedly to the opposite side and disappeared into thick vegetation near a creek. The witness noted a flat human-like chest, head set directly on the shoulders, and knuckle-walking, and interpreted it as a juvenile.

While canoeing down a wooded fork of a river, the group smelled decay and then saw a dark creature watching them from the trees. The creature followed them along the bank, ran ahead to a river bend, splashed and climbed the opposite bank, then later crossed an open clearing. About 20 minutes after the last sighting the group thought they heard shrieks shifting from high to low pitch.
Young girls have daylight sighting near their home
The witness and a relative went to a play hut at the edge of the woods just after daybreak. They noticed a foul odor, heard something large moving and growling, and hid in a nearby gully. They then watched a very tall, broad, brownish-red haired biped with human-like shape approach the hut from 50 to 70 feet away before turning and walking away, after which they ran home.

While driving a truck in the morning, the guest looked into brush cleared of leaves and saw a very tall muscular brush-colored figure standing back from the road. He made eye-to-eye observation as he passed and realized he had run over the rear of a deer carcass the figure appeared to be watching. He braked but kept driving.
