An 11-year-old fishing alone at a pond near her father's home climbed a fence post at sunset when she heard a loud roar and saw a tall upright animal at the wood line waving its elongated arms above its head. After watching for about 20-30 seconds she ran to the house, locked the doors, and slept on the floor that night in fear.
