The witness was using a computer at home late at night with a window open to the backyard. They heard a prolonged eerie wailing sound ending in repeated huffs, then heard it a second time after dogs barked nearby, and saw nothing. They felt the sound did not match any known local animal and later found an online alleged scream recording that sounded almost identical but shorter.
