Rock throwing near Wardensville, West Virginia

During the next summer trip the witness and his uncle heard rocks hitting the cabin's tin roof, culminating in a basketball-sized rock rolling off. Later that night something bipedal circled the cabin, climbed the deck steps, breathed and grunted, and jiggled the door handle. Next morning they found large footsteps with a long stride leading away from the deck.

Rock throwing near Wardensville, West Virginia

The following summer the witness and the relative were cooking outside as the sun went down. They heard small tings on the tin roof as if rocks were being thrown, threw a rock back, and the impacts escalated. A rock described as almost basketball-sized struck the roof and rolled to the ground in front of them.

The Database of Unexplained Encounters. Claims are recorded as claims: the Anomadex catalogues what people reported, where it was reported, and how sure I am that it was read correctly. It does not rule on what they saw.

A quick ask from the person behind the Anomadex: if you allow analytics, Google Analytics shows me which places, phenomena and searches you're most curious about. That tells me which regions and sources to add next and what to make easier to find. It never sees your name or anything you send me, and nothing is set unless you say yes. Privacy
