Motorist has possible daytime sighting near Loveland on the Little Miami River

While driving over a river bridge in town during the day, the witness noticed a large dark figure standing motionless in the river. Initially thinking it might be a fisher, the witness realized it appeared far larger, estimating 8 to 9 feet tall, brownish-black, and facing away. After looking back at the road and then again at the river, the figure was still present, but when the witness drove back to check, it was gone.
