The guest and his brother heard tree tapping while cattle were distressed behind the house. The guest located a figure on thermal showing head, then chest up on the berm edge, and recorded video until the device shut down. They later cast a large flexed footprint where it stood.

The writer was contacted about large tracks in a secluded clearcut area and was escorted to a spur road. Two large human-like footprints were found in mud where a wide trail of broken vegetation came down a hill to the road. The writer photographed both prints, cast the left one, and collected a hair from between the toes for analysis.
