Lone camper in his hammock has an eventful night near Sullivan
The witness backpacked solo to a remote campsite and spent the night in a hammock. Throughout the night he heard knocks, screams, howls, voices, footsteps, rocks and twigs landing nearby, and felt his tarp, hammock lines and gear being touched. He also noted a bent-tree structure near camp the prior evening and disturbed logs and tree piles in the morning, but reported seeing no creature.
Family has daylight sighting while fishing on Rend Lake
The witness was fishing from a boat with companions near an inlet when they heard a commotion on the bank behind brush. Two of them then saw a tall, muscular, reddish-brown haired biped running quickly away from the shore. They remained on the water while debating whether it could have been a deer or bear. An investigator later spoke with the couple by phone and recorded additional details about size, hair, and distance.

The witness was hunting arrowheads along a lake/river shoreline on a very hot late afternoon. From across the water the witness noticed a dark shape first taken for a stump, then saw it move while soaking in the water. After the witness climbed onto a dam, the figure apparently noticed the witness, stood up and walked to shore, and was gone by the time the witness finished crossing.
Observation of possibly two animals in or near back yard of apartment complex
Over two nights a group of five gathered outside on the property for hide-and-seek and heard strange noises. The husband and a companion went to investigate and saw an entity 50 yards away hiding between two silos, noted for goldish reflective eyes, with a second smaller similar entity present on the last night. Tracks with reported measurements were found where they investigated.
