Logger discovers three sets of unusual tracks on a new logging road
The witness was driving an excavator at night to a new logging job site when he noticed three different-sized footprints in the dusty road surface. He followed the tracks for over a mile to the job site, noting toe detail, lack of arch, and a stride longer than his own. The tracks were later obscured by rain, and no photos were taken.
Driver has sighting in early evening west of Shermans Pass
The witness was driving west on the highway in the late afternoon when he came around a curve and saw a large dark creature at the guardrail on the right. The creature stood upright, turned its head to look at him, then turned and leapt feet-first off the embankment out of sight. The witness believed it was not a bear because of its flat face, wide shoulders, and upright movement over the guardrail.
Homeowner recalls early morning sighting near Malo
Around 6 a.m. in dim light the witness was inside her unfinished home when her two outside dogs barked toward the creek crossing on the driveway then ran back to the porch frightened. She looked from the window and saw a very tall, wide, dark hair-covered person-like figure with no apparent neck standing by a tree about 150 feet away. When it seemed to notice her it stepped behind the tree, and when she glanced away to call her husband it was gone. Later that day she and her husband found large footprints and broken branches at the location.

The witness and a companion were driving remote back roads at night scouting for deer sign in snowy conditions. They discovered very large human-like bipedal tracks in fresh snow and traced them along the roadway for close to a mile. The tracks stayed mostly on one side of the road before descending into a creek where they were lost, leading the witness to conclude they were not made by a known animal or person on foot.
