During a December camping and hunting trip, at dusk the witness noticed eyes at the base of a tree near the tent area, then watched a Bigfoot-like figure run on all fours toward the lake. The figure was described as slender and human-like with a large crown on the head, large dark eyes and straight lips, with its head held level with its back while looking at the ground.

A large fur-covered figure running upright crossed a few yards in front of her headlights from west to east. Late at night in February 1992, the witness was driving on a rural road when an upright, hair-covered figure crossed the road from west to east in front of the vehicle. The figure was seen in profile at the edge of the headlights and disappeared into cedar trees along a fence line within seconds. The witness did not stop to investigate and later became convinced of the identification after reading other reports.
