A large fur-covered figure running upright crossed a few yards in front of her headlights from west to east. She later compared its appearance to the creature from the film Harry and the Hendersons and was reluctant to discuss it.

Late at night in February 1992, the witness was driving on a rural road when an upright, hair-covered figure crossed the road from west to east in front of the vehicle. The figure was seen in profile at the edge of the headlights and disappeared into cedar trees along a fence line within seconds. The witness did not stop to investigate and later became convinced of the identification after reading other reports.
