Woman hears "whoops" at 3am while camping in public campground

The witness was camping overnight with three companions in the Del Norte Redwoods campground. Around 3 a.m. in July she was awakened by whooping sounds that were answered from a distance and continued as a chorus for some time. She stated the sounds were not elk, canine, or owl, and she considered sasquatch as a possible source.

A quick ask from the person behind the Anomadex: if you allow analytics, Google Analytics shows me which places, phenomena and searches you're most curious about. That tells me which regions and sources to add next and what to make easier to find. It never sees your name or anything you send me, and nothing is set unless you say yes. Privacy
