Recollection of seeing a huge bipedal shadow while camping that steals food near Steelville
The witness was camping alone in a tall tent when something large approached at night. A tall shadow with broad shoulders was cast on the tent by an outside lantern. The visitor opened food containers, ate bread, growled, overturned a cooler and carried off meat before leaving toward the river where vocalizations were heard. Large footprints and teeth marks were found the following morning.

The husband saw a big fast figure that was not a man or bear run by the lower barn and later repeatedly found footprints he showed to the witness.
