Road crossing seen by mother and daughter travelling at dusk near Salem
The witness was driving toward a highway intersection at dusk in misty rain with a relative as passenger. She slowed for movement on the left thinking it was a deer, then watched a tall, very thin, brown-haired creature cross the road in a few steps without looking at the car. It continued through grass and up a driveway behind a house into the woods. Both occupants reacted with shock at having seen a Bigfoot.

The witness was driving south on Route 11 in daylight when he saw a tall brown bipedal figure crossing the road ahead from the median. The figure took a few long, smooth upright strides over a guardrail and disappeared into the woods near a small overpass over water. The witness said it did not move like a deer and was not a deer or bear.

In July 2001 the witness was driving north on State Route 170 near Fredericktown, Ohio in the morning. From under 100 yards away he saw a very tall, dark brown, hair-covered creature cross the road from east to west in long, fast strides. By the time he reached the crossing point only the back of the creature was visible as it went over a hill out of sight.
