While camping in the same area at a later time, the witness and a companion heard a dog bark and growl for an extended time before it ran into the woods and came flying back out whining, after which the companion reported glimpsing something large and brown.

Man has repeated visits at family farm
In early fall 1980 around 7 p.m., the witness was in the kitchen after feeding horses while his wife brought in laundry. Both heard screaming near the corral gate, the wife ran inside frightened and horses fled, and the witness glimpsed a very tall dark furry figure moving through a lit patch while it screamed and made clicking growling noises before he went back inside and locked doors.
