The witness entered the woods before daylight to deer hunt and heard grunting and heavy movement walking down a ridge behind him. After daylight he went to the area where the sounds originated and found bedding, hair, and broken branches along the path. The experience left the witness scared and uneasy.

Daylight sighting of a Bigfoot outside Muscle Shoals
Two companions were deer hunting near their camp in the late afternoon when they heard loud popping sounds, heavy footsteps, and a foul odor. A large hair-covered biped stepped out of the treeline across a logging road and stared at them without moving or making noise. After a brief stare the creature stepped back into the woods and the witnesses fled and have avoided hunting deep in that area since.
