Family has an early evening sighting while driving outside Oklahoma City
A family of four stopped in their truck by mailboxes on a dirt road in the early evening when a child pointed out a very tall dark figure across the creek by a fence. The figure turned toward the truck, swung an arm, then froze motionless with its hands on the fence. The driver moved forward a short distance, backed up to look again, and the figure was gone.
Man sees a large, hairy upright creature in the headlights of his car near Kingsland
The witness stopped a vehicle on a rural road at night to relieve themself and noticed a strong hog-like odor. After turning on the headlights, the witness saw a tall hairy creature standing in the road about 30 yards away staring at them. After about a minute the creature walked into the adjacent woods with long strides. The witness returned the next day but found no usable tracks.
Daylight sighting outside rural home in small community of Herbine, south of Rison
Late at night the witness went outside after dogs barked and noticed a strong foul odor. Under yard lighting he saw a tall hairy biped just beyond a nearby fence. When shouted at, it walked away upright. A relative later said she had been awakened that night by a deep growling sound.

The witness was deer hunting alone on a remote mountain ridge in the early morning around 1972-73. From about 400 yards away on another ridge, the witness watched a very large, very dark upright figure for several minutes. The figure was first mistaken for a bear but kept walking upright too long to be a bear, paused to manipulate a tree limb, then walked over the ridge and was not seen again.
