Rural North Texas family has nighttime road crossing sighting near Bluegrove
A family driving home from church at night saw a large dark hairy biped in the headlights at the roadside. The creature crossed the gravel road in two strides, cleared barbed-wire fences, and disappeared behind a tree heading east. The driver braked hard from speed about 100 yards away but lost sight of it in the darkness.

A tall creature with broad shoulders and reddish-brown matted fur emerged and crossed the road just ahead of the car in a few fast strides.
