The witness says at 2 a.m. that same night his girlfriend got up and something slapped the end of the house very loud and hard. Their dog jumped up and fought it before it ran off. The neighbor woke to the dogs fighting and the dog sniffed with nose up the next morning.

The witness says he noticed something had crossed his four-and-a-half-foot fence with barbed wire in three places. Plastic clips were broken off posts and wire was pushed down and wadded. He attributes the crossings to one of the creatures.
