Recent activity heard over three nights at a cabin, near Plain
The witness stayed four nights in a rented cabin above the Wenatchee River with two relatives. On three consecutive nights between about 1 and 3 a.m. she heard repeated howls from the forest while awake with windows open. On the third night she also heard three loud single wood knocks followed by several minutes of thumping on the lower back deck. On the fourth night, when other people were nearby and all three listened, nothing was heard.

While turkey hunting in the morning with a relative, the witness used a turkey box call. A nearby loud howl that turned into a roaring scream answered the call, followed by two more distant replies farther up the canyon as the call was repeated. The pair moved toward the first sound but saw nothing in the scattered pines.
Campers hear vocalizations near Clear Lake
The witness and a companion were camping near Clear Lake when they were awakened around 5 a.m. by loud howling and screaming heard across the forest that seemed to involve multiple individuals communicating. The witness, familiar with local wildlife sounds, later felt the sounds matched online recordings of alleged Bigfoot howls.
