Motorist describes early morning sighting near Buena Vista

The witness was driving south with high beams on a rural mountain road in the dark. A tall dark upright figure crossed the two-lane road in three quick steps, showing long human-like bent legs, wide shoulders, and a large long head with a flat side-profile face. The witness stopped to watch, then drove forward but could no longer see the figure.
