Nightime sighting by motorist in northern outskirts of Johnstown

In the pre-dawn hours, two relatives driving home saw a small dark upright figure cross the road in front of their car from right to left. The figure was covered in dark hair that shone in the headlights and moved quickly and smoothly, leading the driver to slow to avoid hitting it. Both occupants confirmed they saw the same thing, and the driver declined to stop and was unsettled afterward.
